In the event your data finishes before the plan period ends, the plan can be reactivated.
Step 1. To reactivate a plan from your phone, first dial *555#
Step 2. Select any plans category of choice. We have a range of plans to suit every budget and need. This applies to (Samsung, Alcatel, Huawei, iPhone, etc).
Step 3. Select the plan that is right for you. There are more plans available when you select #.
Step 4. Once you have selected a plan, you will receive a prompt to confirm the purchase of that plan. Ensure you have selected the correct plan for your phone.
Step 5. Once you have confirmed the plan activation, you will receive a pop up message advising you the activation is underway.
Step 6. A text message will be sent to confirm that the plan has been activated. Restart your device and you can proceed to use your data.
Step 7. Your data balance will now reflect the reactivated plan. The data from the previous plan rolls over into the new plan.
